AISHA-AI Imaging

ASA provides hands-on support before, during, and after your experience, combining U.S.-based client care with trusted on-the-ground assistance in Mexico City. Clients are paired with a local hospitality concierge to answer any questions and assist with optional arrangements, such as dining or tour experiences, during their stay.

This offering is designed for local clients who do not need travel planning but still value a high-touch, concierge-style experience.
 
We manage scheduling directly with Hospital Angeles, assign a dedicated physician to oversee your care, and provide an in-person consultation to review your results. It is suited both to clients seeking a single comprehensive health assessment and to those incorporating it into an ongoing preventive wellness routine.

It is a pleasure to welcome you to this new program! We have developed ASA with great care and our team is proud to be at the forefront of what’s next in medicine.

 

My name is Dr. Roberto Arenas, an internal medicine specialist based at Hospital Angeles in Mexico City. As the ASA medical director, my role is leading the supervision and coordination of our dedicated ASA physician team. This team of experienced physicians will interpret the results of your assessments and guide you through the findings. My priority throughout is ensuring that each patient receives a thorough, evidence-based medical evaluation, and leaves with a clear understanding of their personal health.

 

Throughout my training and clinical practice in internal medicine, I have focused providing a high level of care through an analytical and structured approach. ASA represents an evolution of that approach, incorporating cutting edge technology to give a complete view of one’s personal health. We are excited to make AISHA-AI MRI technology available to a wider audience and continue to give patients a more informed understanding of their health. This exclusive program is aided by artificial intelligence, which complements, but does not replace, the clinical medical judgment of our physicians, allowing for a more thorough review.

 

Our goal is to offer not just a basic scan, but a deep, clear, and useful medical interpretation. We empower each patient to understand their state of health and make informed, pro-active decisions.

Our Team

ASA Wellness partners with experienced physicians affiliated with Hospital Angeles to provide expert review of your MRI assessment and laboratory results. After your testing is complete, you'll meet with an English-speaking physician who will explain your findings, answer your questions, and discuss any recommended follow-up care.
